HOMEPAC Lone Star

HOMEPAC, TAB's political action committee, is an essential part of TAB's advocacy program.  HOMEPAC maximizes political contributions by association members by supporting pro-housing candidates and incumbents for both statewide office and the Texas Legislature.  It is through voluntary contributions that HOMEPAC can help preserve a positive political climate for the residential construction and development industry in Texas.

Corporate donations are not accepted. Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to the Texas Association of Builders HOMEPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amount indicated is merely a guideline, and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amounts.

*If payment is from a partnership, LLC or other legal entity, the entity cannot be owned by a corporation or include an incorporated member or partner.

Disclaimer: 100% of the fees collected will be used by HOMEPAC to support pro-housing state and local political candidates.  No corporate money will be accepted; however, personal, non-corporate, and PAC checks are accepted.  Contributions or gifts to the PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes.

HOMEPAC contributions are non-refundable. If a credit card has been charged in error a full refund will be given. Members who donate at the Granite Club, Emerald Club, Capitol Club, Diamond Key, Platinum Key and Gold Key levels will receive annual renewal notifications. A thirty (30) day written notice is required to cancel automatic payment plan memberships. Cancellation requests should be sent to the HOMEPAC staff contact, Blair Kirkpatrick.
