First-time remodeling or new homebuilding clients generally have a significant lack of knowledge about the process of completing their project. Expectations may have come from watching a TV show or from listening to a friend’s account of their experience. Stephen, John and Michael will share how they educate their clients about the entire process before any work begins. This builds a trusting relationship with the homeowners so that there are no misconceptions and big surprises.
